Order Processing and Dispatch
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed and paid before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 days.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Fees
Orders under $120: $8 shipping fee
Orders of $120 or more: Free shipping

You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
