Order cancellation policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a request through any of our customer service channels. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the order has been delivered. Please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Refund Process
